Rare peach Catherine Deane gown

The dress has an old world feel. It's a very elegant and unusual romantic gown. The open cut of the shoulders shows off collar bones, neck, and shoulders in a way that's so flattering and subtle. This gown is rare in that only a few were made in this style; it's from Catherine Dean's Prefall 2013 Collection, separate from her wedding collections.

The color looks slightly different in various photographic representations.  It's like a warm, soft, dusky peachy blush.  Not as orange as the image from Catherine Dean's website (the model with dark hair) not as light in tone as your typical blush.

All the detail work on the lace and the design is exquisitely executed.  The fabric has a soft, swishy silky feel and is very comfortable and luxurious.  The silk under the skirt is ivory.  The waist is fitted and the skirt has sort of an open flow.  Note, the size is a UK 8 and a US 4.  I am usually between a 2 and a 4, (34 bust and 27 waist) and those two elements fit like a comfortable glove with plenty of room in the hips.  (Sizing is probably closest to a US 2 in the ribcage / torso.)

I'll include photographs of the models wearing the dress and a few from my own wedding.  Please feel free to write with any further questions. It is such a special gown.
