This is a hand-made original, one-of-a-kind ball gown from a boutique in Old Town Alexandria, VA. The bodice is strapless with a sweetheart neckline and gorgeous detailing (white/hint of silver coloring creating a subtle "slimming/hour glass" shape through the design). There is a little bit of built in padding/cups to help you look extra great on your special day! The left side of the dress has a beautiful detail that almost looks like a broach with small pleating to accent it (I really liked this detail but you could of course replace it with your own grandmother's broach to make the dress 'yours'). The intricate detailing continues on the back and has a zipper and clasp closure; the back dips down in a very slight "v". The pick-ups on the bottom part of the dress gave it such a romantic, elegant feel. The dress has a medium length train and was easy to bustle for the reception. It is a brighter white colored satin material and is the perfect "fairytale" wedding gown. I will also include the 'poofy underskirt' with the purchase. The dress was only worn for a few hours on the day of the wedding. Size 4 (street size).
